You can join our next intake for youth memberships and start classes in January 2024. To sign up you just need to create an account on our bookings system, then purchase the pass for the class you’d like to attend. We currently have no joining up fee, so it will take you to make a payment of £0.00 now and the first payment for your membership will be taken on the 1st of January 2024.
Memberships cost £37.50 per month, per participant, per session.
We do not offer trial or taster sessions for our youth classes but we do have a 14 day cooling off period on our class pass. You have 14 days from signing up to cancel your class pass by emailing us at freedomofflightaerial@gmail.com. If your first payment has been taken we will refund your payment, minus a 20% administration charge and £10 per session attended. A joining fee will be required to re-instate your class pass if cancelled and you will only be able to reinstate your class pass if there are spaces available
Payments:
This is a reoccurring payment on the 1st of each month, with no termination date.
If payment fails, it will re-attempt daily for 3 days. Class passes will be cancelled after the last attempt.
Until payment is received classes can not be attended and will not be refunded, credited or exchanged.
Payments are paused in July and August and will automatically restart on September 1st each year.
Your payment details will be securely stored in our system for the duration of the class pass
Cancellations & Refunds:
14 days from initial sign up:
You have 14 days from signing up to cancel your class pass.
To cancel you must email freedomofflightaerial@gmail.com within the 14 days.
If your first payment has been taken we will refund your payment, minus a 20% administration charge and £10 per session attended.
After 14 days from sign up:
You can cancel online at anytime
Cancellations require 21 days notice before the next billing date
Cancellations with less than 21 days notice will still be billed in full at the next billing date
The class pass will be valid until the end of that month and no further payments taken
If you’ve been informed not to exercise by a doctor, we will pause your pass from the date you email to inform us, until you’ve been signed back as fit by a doctor.
Reinstating your membership:
A joining fee will be required to re-instate your membership if cancelled
You will only be able to reinstate your membership if there are spaces available
