More Than Your Average Studio

Freedom of Flight Aerial offer exciting and unique classes for everybody at their designated studio Aerial Haven. Our aim is to provide a safe and encouraging space for people of all ages and abilities to learn and progress their skills. Our classes all focus on building strength, flexibility and confidence whilst having fun.

We are off the main road between 58 and 62 Newhaven Road, you will find us 3rd on the right in the larger car park through the big metal gates.

Studio Opening Hours

The studio is open during class hours and is not manned outwith these times

We aim to be open 15 minutes before all class start times, ready to welcome you
